Its was not a easy decision for me to going back to work. It was more than a year since I am not working . So I decided to join again. Since my baby is breastfeed only so i was more difficult for me as She do not like formula milk or dairy milk. My mother in law has supported me . she take care of her when I am not at home.
These things are important when you are out for office and baby is still too small
-> I store a feed of milk using breast pump. She does not like cow or dairy milk. but she takes some when given after taking my milk
-> We have hired a maid , My mother in law keeps eye on her all the time. We can not trust a maid for baby care .
-> Never leave baby alone with maid at home or let her go outside with baby
-> Give baby full time after coming back from office . Baby needs a mother the most. Now she waits for me in the evening and she understands that mumma goes some where and come back in the evening
